Human Resource Information Technologists Limited (HRIT) are pleased to announce the release of their exciting new Management Reporting Solution CPM Management Studio©.

It is a comprehensive Web Based Management Reporting solution evolved from HRIT’s original Management Reporting solution EIS Reporter Central© which was based on Microsoft’s EXCEL Application.  Whilst retaining numerous fundamental design aspects, such as flexibility and ease of use, it is a completely new application.

It is a Web enabled System designed to be deployed on an organisations intranet.  The differences  to our original EIS Reporter Central are numerous, most significantly that it uses it’s own SQL Server Data Warehouse to collect and report information.

As such full history is available for  interrogation on-line, as well as the ability to do any number of interactive trend analyses. 

Unlike the EIS Reporter Central© where discrete Excel Models were distributed to users as they are created, CPM Management Studio© is a central reporting solution into which a user logs on.  From there they can call up any Report/Chart they have access to.  As the CPM Management Studio is an on-line system ,  each user has the ability to perform their own queries on any period. 

Most of our most popular EIS Models have been migrated into the CPM Management Studio Framework.  These include Models such as the Monthly Trend Analysis which compares the results of two Months for Amount Paid with variance, Hours and variance and finally FTE's paid and variance.

With the current economic climate it has never been more important to be able to provide timely and accurate Workforce Metric information on all aspects Labour Costs and utilisation.  We see the timing of the launch of the new CPM Central Management reporting suite as being key in enabling organisations to deliver this critical information to all layers of the business.

By leveraging off the expertise gained with our original Excel Solution, EIS Reporter Central,  we have been able to 'shrink-wrap' the historically expensive, and in many cases fruitless, task of creating an HR focused Data Warehouse Reporting Solution into a cost effective and simple to use application.

The entire system has been developed using standard Microsoft Technologies which should fit comfortably into your existing IT Infrastructure.

In terms of costing, HRIT have adopted an extremely cost effective scalable pricing model to make our latest Reporting solution affordable to any size of organisation.

Some of the features of CPM Management Studio© are :-

  • The ability for Users to save any number of views for each Report/Chart as a personal favourite.

  • The ability to establish Group Standard favourites for predetermined views of any Report/Chart.

  • Enable user driven Date Range Reporting (ie Leave History Reporting/Charting)

  • Interactive comparisons of Month and Period data, ie Current Month against prior Month or same Month last year

  • Online access to all historical Month and Period snapshots

  • Rolling Annual Analysis as well as Year to Date Analysis. This can be for Rolling 12 Monthly Turnover or Rolling Earnings and Manhours Analysis.

  • More accumulation options and formulas to enable reporting on Average Cost per FTE by Month, Period or Year. There is also the ability to Trend the Average Cost per FTE over a Ranger of Months. As well as Average Cost per FTE there is also the ability to use Average Hourly Rate for Analysis.
