Using its own Data Warehouse, full history is available for interrogation on-line as well as the ability to do any number of interactive trend analyses.

At the heart of the system is a Data Warehouse.  A key component of CPM Management Studio^© is its Data Warehouse Engine which can dynamically import information from any range of systems in varying formats. Information can come directly from the Payroll/HR Database and can be scheduled to be synchronised Monthly, Weekly or even Daily.

The building of the Metrics can also be scheduled for creation at predetermined dates and times.
