Incentive Schemes

CPM Central^©  Salary Review Management (CPM) System has a comprehensive Incentive Scheme Management Module.  It enables budgets to be set by Individuals, Profiles, or a combination of both.

The weighting of the results are configured by the user with any number of Target results allowed to be specified.  The Incentive Scheme Module also caters for the prorating of the Target value based on either completed months or actual days within the Incentive Scheme financial period.

The CPM Central^©  Salary Review Management (CPM) System also supports dual mid-points for Bands with mid point one for Fixed Remuneration (exclusive of Incentive Payments) and mid point two Total Remuneration (inclusive of Incentive Payments).
